Our top priority at MTS is our people. We
pride ourselves on having one of the best
benefit packages in the industry, offering a
full line of health care benefits with no
contribution required from our employees.
Our competitive retirement savings program
matches 100% of the employee’s 3%
contribution. We promote from within, and
encourage our employees to seek further
knowledge and skill in their fields with a
generous education assistance program.
MTS Seatings’ Gainsharing program is our
unique way of rewarding our employees for a
job well done. Based on productivity, not
profits, Gainsharing bonuses are earned when
established productivity standards are
exceeded and quality conforming products are
shipped in a timely manner. Gainsharing also
encompasses employee safety and attendance.
We extend our care for people into the
surrounding community as well. MTS partners
with the United Way for an annual
contribution drive, with the company
matching fifty cents on the dollar for every
donation made by an employee. We also
contribute to our local YMCA and the Bedford
Goodfellows Toy and Food Drive during the
holidays. We have recently “adopted” the
section of Sterns Road that runs past our
facility, and facilitate a road clean-up
three times a year. MTS also funds a college
scholarship through the local high school.

Trade Commission’s Part 260 Guides for the
Use of Environmental Marketing Claims.
