• First to offer a 12-year structural frame warranty on banquet/conference stacking chairs (2000)
• First to offer 12 year warranty on ComfortFlex back mechanism (2002)
• First to offer 32 standard powdercoat colors (2007)
• First to offer the exclusive ProBax comfort system in the Hospitality Industry (2008)
